Garage Module
Tracks the live status of every vehicle, including cleaning, departure, and return times. This ensures all vehicles leave the garage in the correct order and are monitored throughout the day.
Vehicles & Fleet Management
Stores essential vehicle information registration, fuel type, chassis number, ULEZ compliance, and associated documents such as V5C files.
The module also manages service, MOT, and tax dates, automatically issuing reminders to prevent missed compliance deadlines.
Clients, Contacts & Locations
All client details, booking information, contacts, and job locations are securely stored for quick retrieval. Built-in email tools allow staff to generate quotes and booking confirmations directly from the system.
