A Commitment to Sustainability

We’re focused on being a sustainable business, investing in our own office and our infrastructure. But also focused on our clients’ sustainability, considering where they might be in 5 to 10 years’ time, and how we can help implement technology that will allow them to get there.

We are also conscious of our environmental impact too, when we moved into our own offices, we took conscious steps to reduce our environmental footprint. We have implemented recycling schemes and partnered with a renewable energy provider, ensuring that our operations are as eco-friendly as possible.

Spending Locally for Community Impact

Supporting local businesses is a cornerstone of our ethos. We work with partners right on our doorstep in Great Baddow, as well as across Essex, to provide services such as:

  • Design and Branding
  • Search Engine Optimisation
  • Office Cleaning

By choosing local suppliers, we help sustain jobs and contribute to the regional economy.

Employing Locally

We believe in keeping work close to home. Some of our team members live just five minutes from the office, and we actively encourage sustainable commuting. To support this, we provide:

  • Secure bike storage
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Bus loan schemes
  • Walking-friendly policies

This approach reduces our carbon footprint while promoting a healthier lifestyle for our employees.

Giving Locally – The Honalee Fund

To celebrate our 30th year in business, we established The Honalee Fund, managed by the Essex Community Foundation. Through the Honalee Fund, our mission is to break down barriers that hinder young people in Essex, ensuring every child can experience the carefree nature of childhood and are supported to overcome any obstacles in their transition to adulthood.

We believe in an Essex where every child can embrace the joy and imagination of their youth. As they grow, we strive to ensure Essex provides them a future free from barriers, equipped with the skills, support, and confidence needed to pursue their dreams.

Over the years, we have proudly supported causes such as:

  • Chelmsford Mencap (Skill-building projects for people with learning disabilities)
  • Teens Unite Fighting Cancer (Creating peer support groups for young people)
  • North Avenue Youth Centre (Supporting activities to enhance community safety)

Our Vision for the Future

We remain dedicated to ethical business practices, sustainable growth, and having community impact. Whether it’s through responsible employment, thoughtful spending, or meaningful donations, our goal is to make a lasting positive impact where it matters most to us —right here in Essex.
