Cancellation Policy

For Workshops, Briefings and Events delivered by Objective

1. If a delegate is unable to attend for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement, someone else from the same organisation.
2. If a delegate is unable to attend, where possible Objective will transfer the fee to another course/event.
3. Where the delegate is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person or to another course/event, then the following refund arrangements apply:

3.1. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will be refunded 100% of the booking fee.

3.2. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
